The Dental Assistant is responsible for providing outstanding patient care and assists the Dentist in providing dental treatment. Dental Assistants may perform a special group of duties called expanded functions, which can be performed independently by a Certified Dental Assistant. Health Information Technicians maintain the integrity of all patient health information that is received from external/internal sources, respond to patient and facility requests for patient related information, and integrate received clinical information into the Electronic Health Record. Disclose health information in compliance with Rhode Island General Laws, Federal Public Health Laws and HIPAA Privacy Regulations. Assist the Manager and Director of Health Information in the various duties associated with Health Information. Monitors and ensures compliance, privacy, and information management aligns with overall organizational goals.#1661
The Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Clinician provides direct service to patients in an integrated team based model of care. Clinical service may include consultation/assessment (urgent basis or pre-scheduled), support and linkage services, psychoeducation, brief interventions, and counseling to enhance patient physical and psychological well-being. The IBH Clinician provides clinical supervision to behavioral health interns; participates in quality improvement and peer reviews; and assists in developing programming as requested by the Director of Behavioral Health Services.#1689

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) serves as the first point of contact for all individuals contacting the organization by phone or in person. This position will provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of the client during each interaction. The PSR is responsible for effective management of the flow of in-bound calls; greeting and/or screening individuals; preparation and accurate registration of relevant patient appointments; assisting with population health outreach; accurate and efficient appointment scheduling, insurance plan verification; collection of payments; management of forms, insurance cards and patient photos and/or photo identification. In doing so, the PSR proactively and appropriately addresses issues in advance or acts timely to thwart potential workflow, patient satisfaction or safety related issues.#1714

The Office Coordinator is responsible for the efficient operations of the front office and overall day-to-day site operations. This position requires attention to detail, focus on customer service and the ability to work well with a motivate teams. This position supervises and coordinates all activities of assigned front desk and leads team to reach productivity goals, ensure accurate data collection, oversee collection of insurance and co-pays, and trains front desk staff to ensure organization policies and procedures are followed. #1716
Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, the Pharmacy Clerk/Courier deliver’s medications to patients. They also provide in-person and telephone reception, receive and direct new and refill prescriptions for further processing, and assist pharmacy personnel with delivery of medications. #1706
